You can use this capture screenshots of games,softwares, for any office or school Presentation,etc. It captures screenshots and can save them in a form of images. You can get access to it by searching for it in the Start menu.

Follow the below steps to use Snipping tool:

In the start menu, Search for Snipping tool.

After you find this tool, open it. You will be able to see a tiny window in front of you.

And the rest of your screen goes transparent, and the cursor changes to + which is asking you to select the portion of the screen that you want to capture. Now select the portion you want to capture. It will automatically save after you have selected your area.

Refresh the desktop after closing any applications. This will also remove help to remove any of the unused files from the RAM.
Do not set any large size images as a wallpaper on your Computer.
Empty your recycle Bin regularly.
Uninstall unwanted programs on your Computer.
Defragment your hard drive once every month. This will free up a lot of space on your hard drives.
Delete temporary Internet files regularly.
Always use a classic theme.
Keep your Operating System (Usually C) drive empty as much as you can. Install softwares,games,programs,etc. in a different location. This will help you to increase your system speed a lot.
Use a good Antivirus Program. It will ensure your computer to protect itself against viruses,worms,etc.

What are Keyloggers?

A Keylogger is also called a Keystroke logger is an Hardware device or a small Program which monitors the action and the every keystrokes typed on a particular keyboard. Well, Keyloggers runs in the background of the computer and is not listed in the task Manager or anywhere in the computer as the victim cannot identify that the Keylogger is installed in his computer or not.

If software Keyloggers are installed in your Computer then it may record your sensitive information like username and Password.
